Shipping & Returns

Production Time

All prints and canvases are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. We don't hold inventory — each piece is printed when you order it.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and destination. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after production is complete.

For large-format orders (18×24 and 24×36), items are shipped in protective tubes or flat boxes depending on format. Framed prints ship in reinforced packaging with corner protection.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but check back — it's coming.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@milesnorthmusic.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

Returns

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed correctly. If there is an error on our end — wrong size, wrong format, print defect — we will replace or refund the item in full.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, we're unable to make changes.
