Welcome to the Miles North store. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All art prints and canvases are made to order. Product images represent the artwork accurately, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen calibration and print substrate differences.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Orders & Payment

By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount. We accept all major credit cards through Shopify Payments. If a payment fails, your order will not be processed.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are subject to our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Miles North is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photography, copy, and brand assets on this site are the property of Miles North / Billy Strawter Jr. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any commercial or personal context without written permission.

Purchasing a print grants you a license to display it in your home or private space. It does not transfer copyright or grant rights to reproduce, share commercially, or modify the work.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miles North will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or purchase of products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
